This policy explains how warranty works at DEALSTORE GENERAL TRADING L.L.C for smartphones, electronics, and related accessories.
1) Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. The warranty period depends on the brand, supplier, and product category. If your item includes an official warranty card or serial-based warranty, that warranty will be followed.
2) What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in hardware or components (confirmed by inspection).
- Faults that occur under normal use conditions.
- Device failure not caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
3) What is NOT Covered
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents, broken screens, water/liquid damage).
- Damage caused by incorrect use, improper charging, or non-original accessories.
- Software issues caused by user modifications, rooting/jailbreak, or unofficial updates.
- Normal wear and tear (battery aging, cosmetic scratches, fading).
- Loss of data or personal content (photos, contacts, files).
- Unauthorized repairs or opening the device by a third party.
4) Warranty Requirements
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
- Serial/IMEI must match our records and the device.
- Product must be returned with all included items (if requested): box, charger, accessories.
- Device must not show signs of misuse or physical/liquid damage.
5) How to Submit a Warranty Request

- Share your order number, product details, and a clear description of the issue.
- We may request photos/videos to confirm the issue before return.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions or service center details.
6) Inspection & Resolution
After receiving the item, our team (or authorized service partner) will inspect it. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with one of the following:
- Repair (if repair is possible and approved).
- Replacement (subject to stock availability).
- Store credit / Refund (if replacement is not available, based on case approval).
7) Processing Time
Warranty processing time depends on the brand/service center and availability of parts. Typical processing time is 7–21 business days. Some cases may take longer.
8) Shipping & Delivery
- If the defect is confirmed as warranty-covered, service handling may be free (case dependent).
- If the item is not covered (physical damage/misuse), you may be charged for return shipping or repair.
