We deliver from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability depends on your location and the products in your cart. We commonly serve customers in the UAE and can support international shipping where available (including the USA, KSA, and UAE-based customers).

6) Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

7) Tracking

8) Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos/video before opening (when possible) and contact us immediately.
- If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details.
- We may request photos of the shipping label and the received items for verification.
9) Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
- If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we can re-ship it (shipping fees may apply).
- If you prefer a refund after return-to-sender, refunds may exclude shipping/handling fees where applicable.
